The BLF-455-100 fiber-output blue semiconductor laser offers good beam quality, a well-homogenized spot and high electrical-to-optical efficiency. A standard fiber output simplifies integration for low-power precision welding of nonferrous metals. Its center wavelength is 455±10nm, with continuous-wave or modulated operation and maximum continuous output above 100W. Applications include soldering and welding ultrathin gold, copper and aluminum foils.
