Blue light + Infrared dual-beam hybrid integrated system BIRF-800-3000
The integrated design provides dual fiber outputs: 800W of 455nm blue light through an 800um core and 3000W of 1080nm infrared light through a 20um core. Integrated control, a small footprint, mobility and easy integration support processing of nonferrous metals, stainless steel and dissimilar materials. It enables spatter-free or low-spatter welding of highly reflective copper and aluminum, with good weld appearance, few defects and high repeatability. Applications particularly include new-energy batteries, electric-vehicle powertrain components and power copper busbars.
