Blue light + Infrared dual-beam hybrid welding head BLFIW-C100X150F200-01A
This hybrid blue/infrared dual-beam welding head combines the beams coaxially for processing nonferrous metals, stainless steel and dissimilar materials. It is particularly suitable for highly reflective copper and aluminum, substantially improving welding quality and efficiency. Infrared beam oscillation further reduces spatter, pores and other defects. Modular construction enables quick maintenance. Applications include laser welding, hardening and cladding on automated platforms or robots. A reserved expansion port directly accommodates the company's OCT laser weld-depth monitoring system.
