Fully automatic visual inspection and inkjet coding production line
Custom equipment for automated production lines addresses coding difficulties across different products. Complete supporting systems include high-speed separating equipment, online data connections, laser coding, dynamic anticounterfeit marking, visual inspection, scan-based rejection and automatic collection. They improve marking accuracy and precision while ensuring quality and efficiency and adding anticounterfeit protection to improve product competitiveness. The fully automatic coding platform separates stacks of cartons or bags into single items on a conveyor. Coding equipment such as lasers, inkjet printers, TTO printers and labelers applies common formats and content, including electronic regulatory codes, logistics codes, linear barcodes, two-dimensional codes and production/expiry/batch date codes. An inspection system then acquires and checks the data, rejects failed items and automatically collects accepted items. Applications include auxiliary marking and closed-loop coding inspection and verification for flat flexible or rigid objects, such as unpacked medicine cartons, cards and labels made of paper, plastic or metal.
