UV LED Light Source for Roll-to-Roll and Narrow-Web Offset Printing Machines LPW56016
LAMPLIC's offset-press UV LED source uses patented COB UV LED packages and DC-DC drive/control modules, supporting hot-swappable power and quick module replacement. Professional optics deliver 30W/cm2 at a 10cm distance at the delivery gripper bars, enabling 15000 sheets/hour on sheet-fed presses and 300m/minute on roll-to-roll presses. It covers sheet-fed, roll-to-roll and narrow-web offset equipment. Simplified construction provides a compact, reliable system. Standard COB modules, DC-DC controls and aviation connectors support PLC 0~24V control, 0~10V analog energy adjustment and ON/OFF control. Optional connections are 485, 232 or PWM, with 4 wavelength options: 365, 385, 395 and 405.

The 300X100 air-cooled UVLED source directly generates UV using high-power LED chips proportionally integrated with emission from 200nm to 450nm, producing a selected peak wavelength in that range. Conventional curing machines appear bright and hot because their broad spectra include only a fraction useful for curing, with much visible stray light and heat that can damage eyes and deform workpieces. This UVLED area source emits high-purity monochromatic 365nm light as a cold source. Workpiece temperature rises only about 3 degrees without deformation. Energy is concentrated in the useful curing band, giving practical results comparable to a high-pressure mercury lamp with stated intensity 1000-2000MW. Edge-to-center irradiation variation is ≤3%, providing excellent uniformity.
