300X100 Air Cooling UVLED Light Source
The 300X100 air-cooled UVLED source directly generates UV using high-power LED chips proportionally integrated with emission from 200nm to 450nm, producing a selected peak wavelength in that range. Conventional curing machines appear bright and hot because their broad spectra include only a fraction useful for curing, with much visible stray light and heat that can damage eyes and deform workpieces. This UVLED area source emits high-purity monochromatic 365nm light as a cold source. Workpiece temperature rises only about 3 degrees without deformation. Energy is concentrated in the useful curing band, giving practical results comparable to a high-pressure mercury lamp with stated intensity 1000-2000MW. Edge-to-center irradiation variation is ≤3%, providing excellent uniformity.
