UV Tunnel-Oven Photocuring Machine Manufacturer
This surface-treatment equipment emits intense useful UV and is called a UV curing machine, Jishi Technology UV machine, UV curing box or UV machine. Mainly used in printing and coating, it provides an environmentally friendly drying method for UV inks, varnishes, resins and related coatings, consistent with national health/environmental objectives. Principle: Specially formulated coatings with photosensitizers/initiators absorb high-temperature ultraviolet light, instantly generating active radicals or ions that polymerize the liquid into solid in 1s-2s. Equipment uses high-voltage excitation to ignite lamps emitting mainly around360nm, curing coated layers in about 1~2s. Structure:1. Frames are typically welded angle steel/square tubing, with stamped/bent cold-rolled sheet bodies.2. Power section: Domestic machines generally use imported lamps with average life within 1000h; illumination weakens thereafter.3. Transmission section[2]: Rollers, belts, geared motors, gears and chains; rollers, belts and geared motors are particularly important.4. Controls: Digital temperature controller, leakage-protection switch, power indicator, start/stop buttons, control fuses and dedicated UV-lamp ammeter.5. Exhaust: Forced-air cooling with upward or downward extraction, the latter commonly for paper-print curing.
