8E1+30P+6E Multiservice Optical Transceiver
The multiservice optical terminal is a compact 1U access platform integrating multiplexing, transmission and access for highly reliable solutions. On the transmission side, it supports fiber and E1 through 2 optical interfaces and 8 E1 interfaces, with 1+1 backup transmission. On the service side, it supports voice signals such as FXS, FXO and magneto, together with Ethernet and E1 interfaces. When the optical line is normal, the unit automatically selects fiber transmission and provides 6 physically isolated, line-rate Ethernet channels with total bandwidth of 600Mb/S, meeting demanding military, public-security and similar network-security and bandwidth requirements. When fiber is unavailable, E1 transmission provides 1 low-speed Ethernet channel with its rate configurable through CLI.
