MEMS Optical Attenuator VOA
The MEMS variable optical attenuator (VOA) uses a microelectromechanical MEMS chip. Electrostatic actuation rotates a mirror to provide continuously adjustable attenuation of the input light. Bright-state and dark-state types are available.
