PT-1105E Dual-Frequency Laser Head
The PT-1105E is a precision frequency-stabilized dual-frequency laser head based on the Zeeman effect, providing stable orthogonal linearly polarized output. A built-in receiver, strong interference resistance and flexible installation make its compact, high-power design ideal for dual-frequency interferometers. It supports nanometer-level measurement and target speeds exceeding 1m/s, including CNC-machine verification and multiaxis displacement measurements. Thermal frequency stabilization based on the transverse Zeeman effect provides good polarization and high power, improving accuracy and increasing measurement-channel capacity. Internal control and reference-signal output use digital circuitry for high reliability and interference immunity. Combined with our other products, it forms systems for single-/multichannel displacement, small-angle, straightness and coaxiality measurement. Applications include inspection, calibration, error compensation and position control of single-/multiaxis stages, coordinate-measuring machines and CNC machines. The PT-1105E uses a He-Ne gas laser with a633nm vacuum wavelength. In a transverse magnetic field, the Zeeman effect splits atomic energy levels and optical frequencies, generating two different-frequency orthogonal linearly polarized waves. Their difference is the beat frequency. Precise laser-tube temperature control stabilizes both beat and optical frequencies.
