LY1000 Solid-State Laser Differential Interferometer Leice LY1000
High-sensitivity noncontact measurement without a target mirror. Measures tiny, small, lightweight, thin, black, transparent, deformable and hot surfaces, without strict reflectivity requirements, including black surfaces. Laser self-interference provides traceable results without external optics and with flexible operation. It measures displacement, vibration and material expansion coefficients. Traditional interferometers generally require a target mirror, while Leice Technology's LY1000 solid-state differential interferometer uses weak reflected or even scattered light directly from the workpiece for true noncontact precision measurement. In addition to conventional targets, it measures tiny, small, lightweight, thin, toxic or deformable objects unsuitable for mirrors, including liquid level, semiconductor-wafer position, micromechanical displacement, expansion coefficients and vibration.
