LH1002 Dual-Frequency Laser
The LH1002 dual-frequency laser uses acousto-optic frequency shifting for a stable, drift-free frequency difference. It supports high-speed measurement at 6m/s, uses optical intensity efficiently and is compatible with lithography-machine standards. High frequency stability and rapid warmup suit laboratory calibration and harsh industrial sites. Frequency-difference stability is unaffected by temperature or magnetic field, enabling long-term drift-free measurement. Output power is 0.5~1.2mW. Orthogonal linear polarization requires no additional polarizer and gives low nonlinear error. After multiaxis beam splitting, stable acquisition is still possible at intensity as low as 10%, allowing flexible expansion to multiple mirror assemblies. Excellent wavelength stability and fast warmup serve metrology calibration and complex industrial applications in laboratories and harsh environments.
