Applications

Accelerated aging/life testing for IC semiconductors, connectors, boards, magnets, polymers, EVA, and photovoltaic modules. Noncondensing unsaturated HAST applies superheated steam in controlled pressure/temperature, accelerating moisture penetration through protection/sealants or material/conductor interfaces; generally continuous pressure under set temperature/humidity.

Safer standard design: rounded inner chamber prevents condensation drips and complies with national safety-vessel requirements. Multiple protections against overpressure, overtemperature, dry heating, electrical leakage, and improper operation. Greater stability: 3 control modes, wet/dry bulb, unsaturated, and wet saturated. Selectable humidity: saturation at 100%R.H or unsaturated humidity at 75%R.H. Intelligent functions: computer connectivity and USB export and storage of data and curves.
