Applications

Accelerated life testing for IC semiconductors, connectors, boards, magnets, photovoltaic modules, polymers, and EVA. Unsaturated HAST uses adjustable 65%～100%RH, temperature, and pressure to assess heat/humidity reliability; accelerated stress shortens tests, improves efficiency, reduces costs, and enables reliability evaluation of long-life products.

Key Features

Safer standardized design: The curved inner chamber prevents condensation dripping and complies with national safety-vessel requirements. Multiple protections include three overtemperature safeguards, humidification-water interruption and electric-heater dry-run protection, automatic saturated-steam pressure release on shutdown and pneumatic-pressure protection. Actual pressure sensing improves temperature, humidity and pressure accuracy. Saturated100%R.H or unsaturated75%R.H humidity can be selected and set. Computer connectivity and USB data/curve export provide intelligent operation. Three internationally compliant modes—wet/dry-bulb temperature control, heating-temperature control and humid saturated control—meet IEC60068-2-66, JESDEC-A110 and A118 requirements. Updated precision temperature/humidity logic offers modes preventing specimen wetting and condensation. Actual pressure values are displayed. The comprehensive safeguards protect laboratories and operators. Expansion options include multiple BIAS voltage terminals meeting JESD22-A110 tests: Operating voltage is applied under high temperature/humidity to examine bonding and protective-layer penetration in internal packaged modules and observe migration.
