Cinema Projection Port Optical Glass
The projection port produced by our company is formed by drawing hard aluminum alloy, with a black fluorocarbon paint spray coating on the surface. The optical glass uses 5mm-thick ultra-white glass as the substrate, with multi-layer anti-reflection coating on both sides. The coating is firm, scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant, with an average transmittance of 98.6%, peak above 99%, and reflectance <1%. Compared with ultra-white glass without anti-reflection coating, the transmittance is increased by 7-9 percentage points. During 3D projection, no ghosting (smearing phenomenon) appears on the screen due to strong reflected light, maximizing light efficiency and reducing the impact of reflected light on projection quality.
