A collimator is a commonly used optical testing instrument. Limited by optical materials, it is difficult for refractive optical systems to achieve a large aperture and lightweight design; reflective systems are less limited by materials, are easy to make lightweight, have no chromatic aberration at all, and the images formed by light of various wavelengths are strictly consistent and completely coincident, and can work over a wide wavelength range from ultraviolet to infrared, transmit a large amount of energy, and have high system transmittance. Moreover, the optical path can be folded to reduce the size of the system, so reflective systems are generally adopted. Among the two options of spherical mirrors and aspherical mirrors, the parabolic mirror is the most commonly used mirror. A coaxial optical system is adopted, with the primary mirror being a paraboloid, plus a single plane mirror, folding the optical path by 90 degrees, focusing to the focal point. System optical path diagram. At the focal point of the paraboloid, various reticles, a Gaussian eyepiece, an autocollimation illumination system or a blackbody radiation source are placed, and together with the primary and secondary mirrors form a coaxial reflective collimator. The incidence angle range and the working angle (installation/use angle) need to match the actual requirements of the lens, for example, the customer's requirement is 30 to 60, but the actual...; Laser intensity decreases and marking is not clear enough. Solutions: ① Whether the laser resonator has changed; fine-tune the resonator mirrors; make the output spot optimal; ② The acousto-optic crystal has shifted or the acousto-optic power supply output energy is low; adjust the acousto...; Wide application range: can mark on almost all materials. 2. High marking efficiency: the laser beam under computer control can move at high speed (linear speed of 5-10 meters per second), and the usual marking process can be completed within seconds...; Cause: the actual on-site testing environment is harsh: the field lens has many stains, will locally absorb moisture, and the parts with cracks and stains are locally heated and broken down. Improvement: keep the use environment as clean as possible, wipe regularly, and avoid prolonged use...
