Gan Semiconductor (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gan Semiconductor") was established in August 2021. At the end of the same year, the company introduced and established a holding subsidiary - Anhui Zhaowei Laser Technology Co., Ltd., vertically laying out laser devices and laser applications and other fields. At present, Gan Semiconductor (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has become one of the few IDM enterprises in the world with a complete industrial chain from chip design, epitaxial growth, chip manufacturing, special packaging to devices, modules, and complete machine manufacturing in the gallium nitride laser field.
