Overview
Wavapex (the luminium series) digital laser interferometer; is a detection device for nanoscale precision measurements of various optical components' surfaces. It is based on Fiso interferant techniques; it combines mechanical transfer techniques and algorithms such as digital wave-level extraction; and it is a optical instrument for measuring the surface appearance and key parameters of optical instruments. The series of interferometers can be widely used in the fields of optical manufacture, semiconductor manufacturing, precision machinery and moulds, aerospace, defence force workers and scientific research. Parameters such as optical parts such as sphere, non-spherical surface, column, prism, crystals, the face, pre-wave and curvature radius of components; also for surface flatness and pre-reflection wave detection of flat works such as optical flats, precision glass. Instrument measurement software with PV (peak valley value), RMS (average root), IRR (irregularity), Zernike multiform coefficient, Zidel image differential equation evaluation indicator; support for 2D/3D surface microform display and output; support for customization services; and ability to develop proprietary measurement modules tailored to client-specific needs
