Overview

The standard-prime six-freedom platform is a dynamic system designed to carry out research and development tests. It requires appropriate configuration; plus testing controllers; and the introduction of state-of-the-art digital architecture; and the use of up-to-date hardware and software. Using 6 degrees of freedom (DOF) hydraulic solutions to reach 50 Hz is industry standard; but this requires our expertise to achieve a higher frequency by customizing solutions. Our standard hydro simulator can be as high as 100 Hz when customised. This dynamic high-frequency hydro-simulator is made up of a platform as compact and light as possible and a bottom trap consisting of a bottom plate; a plate is equipped with an anti-resilient static jack; and the pole is extended from a jack connected to the platform structure. Both position and acceleration are controlled by the system through integrated control hardware and software. The analogue table supports the load; only the smallest space in the test laboratory is required.
