Overview

The electric six-liberal platform is also known as the multiaxis vibration table; it is a dynamic six-free system; it is suitable for R & D testing and driver training. The system controls positions, speed and acceleration through integrated hardware and software. Typical tests using an electric six-free motion platform include driving simulations, passenger and comfort tests, human reaction characterization assessments, vehicle component tests, NVH (noise, vibration and instabilities) tests, BSR (inverse), functional testing and medical studies. The patented eight-degree (DOF) test system of Muq consists of a six-free electrodynamic analogue vibration station and an additional innovative 2-degree free tilt platform above; it is applied to a large peri-point and side-diversion movement up to 30 degrees. This resulted in the total perpendicular and side-dope of the test system exceeding 50 degrees. The electric tilt six-free motion platform is part of the product series of the six-free movement platform; it is subject to different performance requirements and applications; it can be customized to be electric or hydraulic
