Unlike the traditional binary image meters, it no longer requires a raster-spectrum transposition sensor as a precision indicator; nor does it guarantee measurement accuracy by multiplying the lens through a magnification product image. A single-key 2D image meter is a remote lens with a big perspective; the product contours image is condensed and transmitted to a high-resolution CCD camera for digital acquisition; the rapid capture of the product profile by pre-programming instructions is completed by the image recognition measurement software; the product size is calculated by comparing the ruler formed by micro-pixel points of the high-resolution CCD camera; and the relevant data is judged. As equipment does not contain a raster sensor, the accuracy of product measurements is entirely dependent on high-quality industrial cameras; hardware guarantees such as telecentric lenses and parallel light sources; and robust image processing software is guaranteed through better algorithms and pixel processing. A 2D-key image meter can measure the size of the basic elements such as points, lines, circles, arcs, angles, and their geometrical dimensions; and automatically make a determination as to whether or not they are official; and it can save the data to be statistically archived for analytical purposes. A single-key 2D image meter is widely used in a variety of fine hardware; glass; electronic components; outside size measurements of products such as plastics; hardware processing industries; optical processing industries; watch processing industries; PCB manufacturing industries; semiconductor processing industries; mobile phone manufacturing; auto parts manufacturing; and medical appliances.
