Red-blue compound oscillation welding is a high-quality welding solution; it combines laser beam oscillation with a mixed heat source; it has excellent welding formation, very low defects, excellent performance and strong adaptability. By introducing oscillation mixing smelts; by finely corroding the structure of the crystal particles; by inhibiting gas holes and cracks; by increasing the width of the welding; and by increasing the gap. Therefore, welding is highly mechanical, low-variant and stable in processing. It is particularly applicable to welded aluminium alloys, high-strength steel, exotic materials and high precision, high-reliability structures. The internal structure of the welded head is completely sealed; dust-contaminated optical components are prevented. It is equipped with air curtain systems; it reduces the impact of welding of smoke and spray on optical components. Protection lenses are designed in a drawer format; easy and fast replacement
