Overview

The Mars-AT mono-chip fully automated fiber-optic end interferometer, the Mars-AT mono-chip fiber-optic end interferometer, is a non-contact, automatic focus, automatic calibration, automatic test interferometer. The device uses micro-imaging techniques and combines Michaelson's interferometry and precision transfer algorithms; it is capable of accurately and quickly testing the three-dimensional shape of microsurfaces. The device detects all the single core connectors on the market; output parameters include a curve radius; fiber-optic height; vertex offset; APC angle and key degree, etc. In addition, products can be used to view micro-ends; assist in measuring the concentricity of samples; grind parameters and other IEC parameters; and help users to provide feedback on grinding and installation processes. Performance indicator 1. Extremely fast test efficiency The device is in normal mode; single test is in about 0.5 seconds; in hypervelocity mode; single test time is 0.3 seconds; it is one of the fastest interferometers on the market. After the test is completed; 3D 3D and curved maps can be automatically returned to the plain; visually visible visual features of the observation connector. 2. Full automatic focus and calibration equipment uses sophisticated automatic sliders and control algorithms; quick and accurate query interference signals.
