Overview

The Mars-ML 800 automatic corner fiber-optic end interferometer, the Mars-ML800 automatic corner fiber-optic end interferometer, is a non-contact device developed and produced autonomously by all-tech leaps; manual focus; and auto-testing interferometer. The device is based on the original equipment; an automatic corner module has been added; it can be switched at will between 0-13°. No manual adjustments are required. The device detects all the single core connectors on the market; output parameters include a curve radius; fiber-optic height; vertex offset; APC angle and key degree, etc. In addition, products can be used to view micro-ends; assist in measuring the concentricity of samples; grind parameters and other IEC parameters; and help users to provide feedback on grinding and installation processes. 1. Expeditious testing of efficiency and excellent earthquake resistance The equipment uses state-of-the-art software algorithms and hardware; reduces the calculation time to 0.3s; it is one of the fastest interferometers on the market. The equipment was designed with a completely new optical path; the product was significantly enhanced in its seismicity; it was made possible in an earthquake-prone environment; and it was tested with precision. A unique package design; allows interference signals to be easily found each time a sample is placed; no frequent focus is required. After the test is completed; 3D 3D and curved maps can be automatically returned to the plain; visually visible visual features of the observation connector. 2. APC is free to switch angles; combines software; precision designs such as circuits and machinery; allows any automatic transitions between 0-13 degrees in time; meets the customer ' s test needs for particular angles of connectors. 3. The double-sight-source mode uses the dual-frequency laser interferometry principle; increases the original conventional fiber-optic altimeter calculation range from ± 160nm to more than ± 1000nm; and controls the calculation speed within 0.5s. The white light mode extends the fiber-optic height calculation to ± 5000 nm. 5. End interferometry real-time switching The device is designed with a unique optical design; it allows automatic seamless switching in interferometry and end-checking mode. Two tests were completed for single testing by users. 6. Concentricity testing The equipment uses the principle of end imaging; it can also be used to assist in testing the concentricity of connectors and cores. It can be used in the detection of the material used by the connector manufacturer. The equipment is also used to test three dimensions of the end of the core; to include a curve radius; to offset the vertex; and to calculate its roughness; and to calculate parameters such as scratches. This function can be used by a core manufacturer to perform end-to-end grinding control of products out of its plant; and to enhance the core production process. 8.
