Overview
The Mars-ML semi-automated fiber-optic end interferometer is a non-contact, hand-focused, self-tested interferometer produced by all-tech autonomous research and development. The device uses micro-imaging techniques and combines Michaelson's interferometry and precision transfer algorithms; it is capable of accurately and quickly testing the three-dimensional shape of microsurfaces. The device detects all the single core connectors on the market; output parameters include a curve radius; fiber-optic height; vertex offset; APC angle and key degree, etc. In addition, products can be used to view micro-ends; assist in measuring the concentricity of samples; grind parameters and other IEC parameters; and help users to provide feedback on grinding and installation processes. Extremely fast test efficiency Equipment in normal mode; single test in about 0.5 seconds; single test in "extreme mode "; single test time in 0.3 seconds; one of the fastest interferometers on the market. A unique package design; allows interference signals to be easily found each time a sample is placed; no frequent focus is required. After the test is completed; 3D 3D and curved maps can be automatically returned to the plain; visually visible visual features of the observation connector. 2. Smart induction test function.
