Overview

Mars-FA Full Automatic Fiber Array End Interferator Mars-FA Fiber Array End interferometer is a non-contact, automatic focus, self-calibration smart interferometer developed and produced autonomously by Quantified Technology. The device is designed primarily for fiber-optic array FA series products; for the detection of the three-dimensional shape of the end of the fiber-optic array; and for the calculation of parameters such as the curvature radius and angle of the direction X; the height differential between the fiber-optic height and fiber-optic. In addition, the equipment is compatible with all the functions of the Mars-AT interferometer. Users can test all samples of a single core by matching the corresponding binders and software; the efficiency of the equipment is greatly improved. 1. Multiple FA samples and single core connectors The equipment uses a 16 mm-long horizontal scanner; it can be used to test almost all FA sample lines on the market. In addition, automatic lateral homogenization can be achieved on software; all fiber-optic data can be measured once. In addition; compatible with single core connectors such as SC; LC; almost all of Mars-AT 's test features; and equipped with appropriate traps and software. 2. Extremely fast test efficiency The equipment is capable of testing the FA-12 core sample for a single test of up to 1 second; single core sample for a single test of up to 0.3 seconds. Once the test has been completed; the 3D high-cleansing 3D stereograph can be automatically restored; the 2D colour map and curved concoction map can be prepared; and the visual overview of the observation connector by the user. 3. End interferometry real-time switching The equipment has a unique optical design; it is capable of automatic interferometry and end-testing. Two tests were completed for single testing by users; significant time was saved to improve detection efficiency. 4.
