Overview
MTC.3.0 is a MT-MT fiber-optic connection solution; two MT cores can be directly docked. The product is designed for high-density, multi-optic fiber-optic optical interconnections; it brings together our most advanced connector technology; it includes soft-plugging and dual-matching technologies; and it achieves excellent optical performance, excellent endurance and reliable connectivity reliability. Unlike traditional MT-MT connectors; MTC 3.0 uses soft matching techniques; and achieves controlled, moderate interconnectivity to MT cores during initial extraction. This can significantly reduce the impact on the fiber-optic interface, the conductor and the cavity; thus effectively reduce wear and tear; and extend the service life of the connector. MTC.3.0. also uses a dual alignment technique; pre-reciprocation of the conductor and the guidehole; and introduction of a crude alignment mechanism. This multi-level alignment process helps to avoid glitch damage due to misalignment; enhances consistency in plugging; and enhances long-term repetition of optical performance
