Overview
MJC2.0 is a uniquely designed MPO fiber-optic connection; it uses soft docking techniques that we have developed on our own; and it significantly enhances the durability and reliability of the connectors. Unlike the traditional MPO connectors, the latter continuously press the MT core with full spring force during each extraction, resulting in a rigid interface; MJC 2.0 is designed with a differential spring. At the initial stage of the docking; the pre-repression of springs is small; and the MT cores can be stabilized. This controlled movement acts as a buffer; it helps absorb the conjunctive shock; and thus reduces the mechanical stress on the fiber-optic end and on the targeted components. When the connection is fully connected; the spring power increases automatically; meets standard MPO extraction requirements; and ensures the stability of optical and mechanical performance. This transition from low-power convergence to standard power is a “soft-plug” effect that distinguishes MJC 2.0 from traditional MPO connectors. By minimizing plug-in shocks and reducing wear and tear on key connector components; MJC 2.0 compared to standard MPO connectors; connectors can be extended by up to ten times their useful life. The product won the reputation of the Provincial Cable King among its customers because of the ability to effectively reduce the frequency of jumper replacement and maintenance costs
