Diffractive Optical Element DOE Laser
Diffractive Optical Elements (DOE) are emerging optical elements that have flourished in recent years. DOEs usually use micro-nano etching processes to form two-dimensionally distributed diffractive units; each diffractive unit can have a specific profile and refractive index, finely regulating the phase distribution of the laser wavefront. After passing through each diffractive unit, the laser diffracts and interferes at a certain distance (usually at infinity or the lens focal plane), forming a specific light intensity distribution.
