A diffractive beam splitter is a precision optical element designed based on micro/nano optical structures, and is essentially a specially designed diffraction grating. By precisely etching microstructures on the surface of a substrate material and utilizing the principle of light diffraction, it can precisely split a single incident laser beam into multiple output beams with uniform energy or distributed according to a specific ratio, forming a one-dimensional or two-dimensional spot array. Compared with conventional beam splitters, diffractive beam splitters can achieve more complex energy distribution and higher beam parallel processing capability, providing greater flexibility and efficiency for modern laser applications. A one-dimensional diffractive beam splitting grating can split a single incident laser beam in a single direction into a row (1×N) of discrete beams with uniform energy. A two-dimensional diffractive beam splitting grating can split a single incident laser beam on a plane into a two-dimensional array (M×N), forming multiple parallel beams with highly uniform energy.

Multi-beam parallel laser processing (such as marking, cutting, drilling), lidar and ranging, laser medical aesthetics, multi-beam coherent combination and computational holography, etc.; occasions requiring large-area, multi-point synchronous processing, such as fractional skin treatment in laser aesthetics, efficient parallel laser marking, and high-throughput material micromachining, etc.
One-dimensional diffractive beam splitting grating: high diffraction efficiency and high energy utilization; excellent spot energy uniformity; different substrate materials (such as silicon, fused silica, etc.) can be selected according to the operating wavelength; the number of beams, separation angle and operating wavelength can be customized. Two-dimensional diffractive beam splitting grating: excellent energy uniformity of the spot array, ensuring consistent processing results; high diffraction efficiency and low zero-order energy residue; supports a variety of substrate materials (such as fused silica, germanium, etc.) from ultraviolet and visible to infrared bands; can flexibly customize the number of spots (such as 5×5, 7×7, 10×10, etc.), working distance and other optical parameters; can provide pre-assembled and calibrated modular components for easy system integration.
