Nd:GdVO4
Neodymium-doped gadolinium vanadate (Nd:GdVO4) has properties similar to Nd:YVO4, with excellent physical, optical and mechanical properties: large stimulated emission cross-section, high absorption coefficient and broad absorption bandwidth, low dependence on pump wavelength, good thermal conductivity, low laser threshold, high slope efficiency and damage threshold, and good output polarization, with better thermal conductivity and higher output power than Nd:YVO4.
