Using laser shearing, pneumatic punching and hydraulic punching technologies, it has been applied to injection molding, quality inspection, lens barrel assembly, home appliance assembly and other production processes, including fully automatic suction and clamping after optical product injection molding, fully automatic trimming (particularly successful with 1 mold 16 cavities, 1 mold 32 cavities, 1 mold 48 cavities and 1 mold 64 cavities, fully automatic removal and trimming with short cycle time, high efficiency, high yield and low cost), fully automatic tray placement, fully automatic packaging and fully automatic assembly. Also, 4-axis horizontal articulated robots combined with vision systems perform automatic packaging and other related fields, successfully realizing flexible and automated operations, and obtaining national patent office patent authorization in some related supporting fields. The intelligent automation team is focusing on developing solutions for the application of 4-axis and 6-axis robots in fully automatic trimming and packaging in production, to expand the larger market for optical lighting lens products and automotive products in the injection molding field and enhance product competitiveness.
