DS3-51512-LD Diode Laser Subsystem
The DS3-51512-LD is a compact, air-cooled diode laser subsystem from BWT, delivering 100W output power at center wavelengths of 915/976nm through a 200μm, 0.22NA fiber with SMA905/HP-SMA905 connectors. It supports CW, pulse and single-pulse working modes with a pulse width of 20μs~950ms and pulse frequency up to 20kHz, controlled via touch screen, RS232 or I/O. Featuring ±3% power stability, a 635nm red aiming beam, a 10~100% power adjustment range and an M-size chassis of only 387×373×153mm (<10.2kg), it is an easy-to-integrate high-power laser source for industrial welding and soldering applications. Multiple chassis specifications and customized fiber/power options are available.
