DS3-51512-LD Semiconductor Laser System
The DS3-51512-LD is a high-power fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser system from BWT. It delivers 300W output power at a 976nm center wavelength through a 200μm core, 0.22NA optical fiber with a D80 connector. The system supports both CW and pulsed operation (20μs-950ms pulse width, 1-20kHz pulse frequency), adopts constant-current drive with fast current rise/fall time (≤10μs), and offers RS232/I-O control interfaces. A built-in 635nm red aiming beam assists alignment, and the air-cooled, compact chassis (482×429×155mm, <17kg) requires no external chiller. Fiber parameters, connectors and power output can be customized according to customer requirements.
