The BWT 500W high-power semiconductor laser (model BDL-CW500) delivers 500W output at 915nm/976nm through a 220μm fiber with a QBH connector. Compared with traditional lasers, it offers higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, a compact structure, and easy operation. Thanks to its flexible fiber-coupled laser output, it can be conveniently integrated into various system equipment. It supports both continuous and modulated operation modes with a maximum modulation frequency of 5kHz, power adjustment from 10% to 100%, and high power stability, making it ideal for metal welding, industrial cladding, quenching, material processing, and laser research.
