3000W High Power Diode Laser BDL-CW3000
The BWT BDL-CW3000 is a 3000W high power fiber-coupled diode laser with wavelengths of 915nm/976nm. Compared with traditional lasers, it features higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, a compact structure and easy operation. Thanks to its flexible fiber laser output via a QBH connector, it can be conveniently integrated into various system equipment. It supports both continuous and modulated operation modes with a maximum modulation frequency of 5kHz, power adjustment from 10% to 100%, and power stability of less than ±1.5% (2h). The unit adopts a compact 2U rack-mount design (80mm×482mm×521mm, <45kg) with RS232/AD control interface and water-cooling, making it an ideal laser source for industrial processing and scientific research.

It shows superb thermal stability, high side-mode suppression ratios (SMSR), very low relative intensity noise (RIN), and small linewidths. The modulation bandwidth is in excess of 1 GHz, and permits various techniques for stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) suppression. SBS is a detrimental effect that can occur at very high power levels into the fiber, and which leads to noise bursts.

The 1782 laser component is characterized for use as a CW optical source in CATV and DWDM networks. The 1782 is dc-coupled with a built-in TEC, thermistor, and monitor photodiode. The device is mounted in a 14-pin, OC-48 pinout compatible butterfly package with the optical isolator mounted on the TEC. The 1782 incorporates a high efficiency coupling scheme to deliver 40 mW, 50 mW, 63 mW and 100 mW of CW optical power.
