Overview

The laser beam irradiates the surface of the PSG and is transmitted to the Poly layer. The surface of the Poly layer absorbs the photon energy and converts it into heat, causing the surface of the Poly layer to expand due to heat. The force generated by the expansion destroys the structure of the PSG and significantly reduces the density of the PSG.Since the PSG structure is destroyed after laser, alkali washing can remove the modified PSG.After the laser selectively acts on the PSG in the non-metal area, by controlling the alkali cleaning time, the PSG, Poly and SiO2 in the non-grid line area can be removed in sequence, and the silicon substrate can be etched to 1~4 μm.The Poly in the metal area is retained, forming a Poly-Finger structure, resulting in an efficiency gain of 0.15% on the battery side. The component side is mainly reflected in the increase in double-sided ratio.
