Overview
Action process: Wafer marking action process: 1. Manually place the wafer face down on the workbench, and vacuum the wafer; 2. Lower the global recognition CCD to perform preliminary positioning of the wafer; 3. Move the wafer to the lower precision positioning CCD to identify the scribing path; 4. Use the laser to scribe the wafer; 5. After the scribing is completed, the wafer is moved to the picking position and the wafer is manually taken out.ITO glass marking marking action process: 1.
