HGLD-808-COS-D-5W: 5W 808nm COS Laser Diode for Pumping & Industrial Processing
The HGLD-808-COS-D-5W is a high-power chip-on-submount (COS) laser diode manufactured with advanced gold-tin bonding technology, delivering exceptional long service life and high reliability for quasi-continuous wave (QCW) operation.
This 808nm laser diode features a center wavelength of 805 nm with a tolerance of ±5 nm, a narrow spectral linewidth of less than 2 nm FWHM, and a wavelength temperature coefficient of 0.3 nm/℃. Under 25℃ QCW operation, it delivers 5 W output power with a wall-plug efficiency of up to 58%, a threshold current of ≤0.7 A, and an operating voltage below 1.9 V. The device has a 200 μm stripe width and 2000 μm cavity length, with fast-axis divergence of less than 50° and slow-axis divergence of less than 8° at 95% power content.

HGLD-790TO5.6-ZSP-10mW: 790nm TO5.6 Laser Diode for Sensing & Detection
The HGLD-790TO5.6-ZSP-10mW is a hermetically sealed TO5.6 packaged laser diode with a strained quantum well active region, optimized for high efficiency, high temperature resistance, and long-term reliability in compact sensing systems. It is available with an optional integrated monitoring photodiode for closed-loop power stabilization.
At 25℃ and 10 mW rated output power, the device delivers a center wavelength of 790 nm with an operating range of 780–800 nm, a threshold current of 14–18 mA, an operating current of 25–30 mA, and an operating voltage of 1.9–2.1 V. Its slope efficiency reaches 0.8–1 W/A, with a far-field divergence of 38° (fast axis) × 9° (slow axis) FWHM. It supports an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ and a storage temperature range of -40℃ to 90℃, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions.
This 790nm TO-packaged laser diode is perfectly suited for particulate matter detection, laser pointing, optical sensors, laser printing, and LiDAR applications.
