125° Glass Diffuser
The 125° Glass Diffuser is a high-quality homogenizer designed to span a defined angle from collimated light. It creates a top hat or cos^2 profile with steep slopes and high homogeneity along one dimension in angular space. Combining two diffusers generates a homogeneous rectangular distribution, making it ideal for high laser input powers. It uses low absorption glass or fused silica for optimized LIDT and provides line or rectangular shapes, steep slopes, high optical efficiency, wide angles, repeatability, no zero order, no hot spots, and no degradation under UV.
