40G Photodetector Receiver
The 40G Photodetector Receiver is featured of very high differential conversion gain of typ.2100V/W and a bandwidth of 31GHz.The photoreceiver module contains a waveguide-integrated PIN and a transimpedance amplifier(TIA) with limiting output buffer.Due to the limiting output buffer the differential output voltage swing is limited to 700mV.Wavelength support of 1310 and 1550nm.
