40G IQ/QAM Lithium niobate modulator Modulator Sumitomo T.SBZH1.5-20PD-ADC Dual Drive Modulator T.SBZH1.5-20PD-ADC-12-014
In addition to supporting the traditional IQ/QAM modulation type,the dual drive IQ modulator has a greater degree of freedom to achieve arbitrary phase control for each arm of the sub Maher Zed interferometer to achieve accurate phase matching or phase difference. This optical modulator is a DQPSK Dual-Drive( Quad GPPO) Mach-Zehnder modulator with modulation speed of up to 22.5Gbaud. The structure of dual drive MZ interferometers enables exact phase match or arbitrary phase difference control, which make it ideal for some novel application. This optical modulator integrates a monitor PD chip and coupler function for automatic bias control (ABC) for the compensation system of DC-drift and other phenomena.
