5000um InGaAs TO8 Photodetector
Large-area InGas photodiodes for instruments and sensing provide good responsivity over 800nm-1700nm, with photosensitive sizes from 500um to 5000um. High-speed InGas photodiodes support analog and digital communications, LANs, FDDI, instrumentation and sensing. Low-dark-current, low-capacitance photodiodes have photosensitive sizes from 50um to 300um.
