Detachable and cleanable calibration-free Jianbo gas cell
Xuhai Optoelectronics' proprietary Jianbo gas cell separates the optical assembly from its mechanical housing. A distinctive process integrates the optics into a removable assembly for thorough surface cleaning and reinsertion. Its stable optical path makes output insensitive to minor optical and housing deformation, maintaining optical performance and path length after removal, cleaning and reassembly. Long-path absorption cells are essential to modern optical instruments, but conventional Herriott and White cells have limitations: 1. Poor stability and repeatability due to temperature, long-term deformation and pressure. 2. Short maintenance intervals because hot, humid and dusty industrial environments contaminate optical surfaces. 3. High maintenance costs because precision assembly often requires recalibration after cleaning. 4. Slow response and poor portability because long paths and large cell volumes lengthen gas exchange. The patented Jianbo cell improves stability and repeatability in absorption-spectroscopy instruments, simplifies maintenance and avoids recalibration after maintenance. Its optical design and strict process control make it suitable for industrial applications. Products cover path lengths from 2 to 200 meters, ultraviolet to mid/far-infrared wavelengths and temperatures from -40℃ to 250℃. Anti-adsorption and high-temperature treatments meet environmental-monitoring requirements.
