Ultrahigh-sensitivity spectrometer SR100Q
Jianzhi Technology's research CCD fiber spectrometers are designed for weak-signal detection. A deeply cooled research camera improves sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. Advanced high-resolution optics and FPGA-based low-noise, high-rate signal processing provide excellent spectra and stable, reliable performance, making these instruments suitable for weak-light detection. Spectral coverage supports ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared fluorescence, absorption and Raman spectroscopy. SR100Q uses a 1044*128-pixel cooled research area sensor with 24*24μm pixels, 4 times the area of ordinary pixels, and quantum efficiency up to 92%. SR150S has a focal length of 150mm, cooling down to minus 70℃ and very low dark current for long exposures. Its compact structure supports laboratory measurements and industrial integration.
