1.0μm High-Reliability Single-Frequency Seed Source
Donglai Technology's 1.0μm single-frequency seed source is an independently owned laser technology with internationally advanced performance. An ultracompact short DBR cavity avoids mode hopping and produces ultranarrow-linewidth single-longitudinal-mode output. Its core technology is highly doped specialty fiber, used to form a centimeter-scale single-frequency cavity for kHz-level linewidth without mode hopping. Optimized circuitry provides high frequency stability and low intensity noise. Special temperature-control protection and shock/vibration-resistant cavity design ensure stable operation in harsh external environments. Features: ultranarrow linewidth; no mode hopping or burst noise; high side-mode suppression; low relative intensity noise (R IN); good vibration resistance and high/low-temperature performance.
