Piezo-Driven Water-Cooled Optical Mount GMM-10-XY-W-E
The piezo-driven water-cooled mirror mount integrates a high-precision piezo actuator into a highly stable water-cooled optical adjustment mount. Available in 1.0-inch and 1.5-inch versions, with customization supported, it uses a stainless-steel body and efficient cooling channels surrounding the optic for excellent heat dissipation and mechanical stability. Three-point clamping with spring washers prevents surface distortion, making it suitable for high-power lasers. Piezo drive supports 0~150V control and precision displacement up to 15.4μm. A dedicated controller and software are available for integration into automated beam paths and precise, repeatable online adjustment. Applications include high-power laser processing, precision optical measurement and research systems requiring high beam-path stability and adjustment accuracy.
