Labeling-Machine UVLED Line-Source Photocuring Machine
Lanpulik's integrated UVLED line-curing source for label printers has three digital-printing series covering small flatbeds through high-speed roll-to-roll single-PASS printers. Patented air-cooled design uses standardized COB UV LED modules, DC-DC controllers and aviation connectors. Controls: PLC0~24V, 0~10V analog energy, ON/OFF, and optional485, 232 or PWM; wavelength options365, 385, 395, 405. Since2008, Lanpulik has developed proprietary patented packaging and drive modules. Process knowledge and invention-patented technologies improve stability/reliability, with life>15000hours, distinctive air ducts and easy installation/maintenance. Cold source: Conventional UV systems can deform/discolor substrates and require costly lamp maintenance. The LED area source is eliminating these issues without infrared or heat, suiting all print materials. Low consumption reduces costs, long life avoids consumables for years and maintenance is minimal. Immediate startup saves waiting; no special shutdown cooling allows frequent cycling. Conventional lamp-cured inks may cure poorly under LEDs because of wavelength mismatch, but dedicated LED inks are now available. Overcoming limited-use cost and speed issues is expected to make UVLED printing mainstream and transform the industry.
