SDD-21A High Speed LD Driver Board ( Nanosecond High-Speed Optical Pulse Generation ) Lidar Driver Board
The SDD-21A high-speed LD driver board supplies nanosecond-scale high-speed current pulses for DFB/TO-packaged laser diodes and other fast-drive applications. It generates ns optical pulses for lidar, electrically controlled seed sources and fast optical pulse generation. When temperature control is needed, it can be paired with the company's ATC-B1 temperature board.

This product uses a TO package. A bonded self-focusing lens ensures efficient coupling of the LD laser into the fiber. The pigtail terminates in a common FC/APC or FC/PC connector, compatible with most fiber adapters, fiber collimating lenses and fiber focusing lenses for convenient integration. Applications include laser ranging, laser sensing and lidar. Advantages include compact construction, high efficiency and long-term reliability. When using this LD laser series, identify the LD + and - pins correctly and strictly avoid excessive current. Short the + and - pins after use to prevent damage from ambient electrostatic discharge.
