Laser Autofocus Module
The autofocus module supports microscope imaging from 4X to 100X for microstructure inspection, semiconductor inspection, fluorescence microscopy and panoramic biological tissue imaging. A laser marks the specified focal plane. During long experiments or large-field stitched imaging, it prevents focusing errors from temperature differences, vibration, uneven surfaces or slight equipment tilt, ensuring good experimental images.
